About this website
Jaison Norton operates the Midnight Select prelaunch website to share product information and collect interest in testing. By using the site, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the signup service.
Waitlist participation
Joining expresses interest in Midnight Select. It does not guarantee alpha access, Founding 1,000 status, compensation, or a release date. Submit only an email address you control and do not submit other people’s information without their permission.
Product development
Product descriptions and illustrative previews communicate design goals. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed before release. Additional testing terms and an app privacy policy will be provided before alpha participation.
Founding 1,000
The first 1,000 qualified alpha participants will be recognized as founding testers. Eligibility and participation criteria will be shared before testing opens. Invitations depend on testing capacity and supported devices. Participation is not an investment offer and carries no promise of financial return.

Acceptable use
Do not abuse the signup form, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send unwanted messages. We may restrict misuse and pause the signup service when necessary.
Content and availability
Midnight Select’s original branding and website materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party names belong to their owners. We aim to keep information accurate, but development plans and website availability can change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Independent project
Midnight Select is an independent project. References to third-party networks or technologies do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
